Do you have a store- front?
We are in the process of opening our storefront. Although we rent a commercial kitchen, we do not have a storefront at the moment.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Baldwin County, Alabama only. This includes but is not limited to the following towns: Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fairhope, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Robertsdale, Loxley, Elberta, and Lillian.
How do I place an order?
You may place an order directly online through our website where you can choose a delivery date and time slot. You may also order by message through our social media sites on Facebook and Instagram. Calling, texting, and emailing are also ways in which you can order.
May I place a last minute order?
To ensure the freshest products possible, we require a 48 hour notice between order date to delivery date.
What is your cancelation policy?
When canceling an order 5 days or more before the delivery date you will receive a 100% refund. When canceling an order 3-4 days prior to your delivery date you will receive a 50% refund. When canceling an order 2 days or less prior to your delivery date you will NOT receive a refund.
Are your grazing boards customizable?
Absolutely yes! We would love to customize any board for our clients. Please inform us of any allergies, color preferences, or themes and we will be more than happy to accommodate.
How long does my grazing board last?
We recommend enjoying your board within 4 hours of delivery if it is not refrigerated. When stored in the refrigerator it will last between 2-3 days.
