In this private class, the charcutiers behind The Grazing Tree come to you to teach a unique experience of food and wine pairings, tips and tricks of food design, and the delicate artistic assembly of a charcuterie board.

This class is a 1 hour class that requires a minimum booking of 5 people. The hostess/ host may choose a small board from our menu to create during class. 

Each guest will receive products for creating one of our small charcuterie boards which serves up to three people. At the end of class, guests get to take home thir artistic creation. All products and supplies will be provided by The Grazing Tree such as cutting boards, knifes, napkins, take home boxes, plates, and utensils etc.
